Mr. Stephen has worked for the Boys & Girls Club since 2007 and currently lives in Siloam Springs with his wife Melissa. He attended Siloam Springs High School and graduated from John Brown University with a degree in youth ministry.

You will find him watching sports, and avidly cheering for the Razorbacks in his free time. 

"Mr. Chris"

Chris Shimer
Consultant

Mr. Chris has been with the Boys & Girls Club for over 30 years! (20 years with BGCWBC) He currently lives in Siloam Springs with his wife Decinda and son Hayden, he also has two daughters Hannah and Haley. He holds a B.S. from the University of Southern Indiana.

He is a huge fan of Hallmark movies, especially their Christmas movies. 

"Mrs. Decinda"

Decinda Shimer
Director of Development and Finance

Mrs. Decinda has worked for the Boys & Girls Club since 2002 and lives in Siloam Springs with her husband Chris. She has three children: Haley, Hannah, and Hayden. She is a graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Fun fact about Mrs. Decinda?

Both of her daughters, Haley and Hannah, are also graduates of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and all three names are etched on the Senior Walk.

Ashley Oosterman
Administrative Director

Mrs. Ashley has worked for the Boys & Girls Club since 2013 and currently lives in Siloam Springs with her husband Matt. She has two dogs, one cat, and nineteen chickens.

Fun Fact about Mrs. Ashley?

She has had the chicken pox twice in her life, once when she was two and again when she was ten.

Ms. Melissa has worked for the Boys & Girls Club since 2019 and currently lives in Siloam Springs. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with an emphasis in Childcare Services.




"Ms. Tiffany"


Tiffany Haynes

Athletics Director


Ms. Tiffany has worked for the Boys and Girls Club since 2024. Ms. Tiffany lives in Siloam Springs with her youngest son Matthew and her pets. Her oldest son Dallion is away at college. She was homeschooled and graduated HS in 2003. Ms. Tiffany has attended the South Carolina Fire Academy, NWACC, UEMS, NFA and holds many certificates in Fire Science, Safety, Rescue, Leadership, Emergency Medicine, and Fire and Life Safety Education.

She has been a professional singer, DJ, Chef, HEO and Firefighter/EMT. She believes you can do and accomplish anything you set your mind to!
